Service. Kuberbloc provides anonymous, EU-resident cloud hosting billed in Bitcoin, per the active plan's specification.

Acceptable use. No unlawful content or activity; no use that compromises the integrity, security, or availability of the network or other customers. We may suspend for clear abuse or to comply with applicable law.

Payment. Prices quoted in USD, settled in BTC at the live rate at invoice creation. Service activates on confirmation and renews per billing period. No refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

Keys & responsibility. The customer safeguards their own keys; the anonymised design means lost keys cannot be recovered by us.

Availability. Target uptime per plan; SLA credits apply only where a signed SLA exists (SOVEREIGN).

Liability. Provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law; liability limited to fees paid in the preceding period. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
