FAQ
Reasonable questions.
How can hosting be anonymous and compliant at the same time?
Anonymisation and data-minimisation are core GDPR principles, not loopholes. We collect the minimum needed to run the service and keep everything inside EU jurisdiction. You get strong privacy guarantees; your compliance team gets a clean, documented story.
Why is billing Bitcoin-only?
Card networks and banks attach your legal identity to every transaction. Bitcoin lets you stay pseudonymous from signup to renewal. We quote prices in USD and settle at the live rate, so the number is never a surprise.
Do you really keep no logs?
We keep only the operational minimum required to run and secure the network — no request logging, no traffic inspection, no third-party trackers. What isn't collected can't be lost, sold, or handed over.
Where does my data physically live?
In one or more of our four EU regions — Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Stockholm, Paris — depending on your plan. Workloads never route outside the EU.
What's your uptime track record?
We've operated since 2009 on a 99.99% SLA, backed by anycast routing and automatic failover. SOVEREIGN customers get a signed SLA with credits.
