Not legal advice. Have counsel review and complete the bracketed operator details before launch.

Summary. We run premium EU hosting designed to know as little about you as possible.

Data minimisation by design. Accounts are cryptographic key-pairs. No KYC; no name, email, or phone number required to use the service.
No-logs. We keep only the operational minimum needed to run and secure the network. No request logging, no traffic inspection, no behavioural tracking.
What we process. Derived payment addresses, invoice metadata (plan, amount, timestamps), and strictly-necessary session state during an active checkout.
Payments. Billing is in Bitcoin. We do not collect card or bank details and hold no financial-identity data. On-chain data is public by the nature of Bitcoin.
EU data residency. Customer workloads run in our EU regions (Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Stockholm, Paris) and do not route outside the EU.
Cookies. Cookie consent is operated via the Kontrol Sentinel consent widget. The site sets no analytics or marketing cookies. Manage preferences via “Manage cookies”.
Your rights (GDPR). Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection where applicable. Because accounts are anonymised, exercising some rights may require proof of control of your key-pair. Contact: [privacy contact / PGP].
Controller. [Legal entity], [address]. DPO/contact: [if applicable].
Updates. Material changes posted here with a revised date. Last updated: [date].
